Grounded, depth-oriented therapy for adults ready for real change — not just coping. My work is helping you remove what stands in the way.
Abe Antine, LCSW · Licensed Clinical Social Worker · Individuals & Couples · In-person in Delray Beach

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone. I work collaboratively with adults, couples, and families on the patterns that keep us stuck — meeting you where you are, never forcing a single method.
Healing the events and attachments that still shape how you feel, react, and relate — including EMDR and Post-Induction Therapy.
Finding steady ground when worry, heaviness, or emotional pain have taken over the day-to-day.
Reconnecting with a partner, repairing trust, and untangling intimacy, communication, and family-of-origin patterns.
A direct, no-pretense space for men navigating identity, anger, purpose, and the things they've never said out loud.
Two decades helping people recover — from the founder of a residential treatment program. Beyond sobriety, toward a life worth staying for.
Clinical, grounded support before and after your own experiences — helping you make lasting meaning from non-ordinary states.
"I believe that most of us have the answers within. My job is to help you remove what stands in the way."
I don't apply one standardized formula to every person. Therapy with me is a partnership — we draw on whatever serves your healing, integrating evidence-based methods with genuine human connection.
Abe Antine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent his career helping people through trauma, addiction, and the moments that change everything. He co-founded Next Chapter, a residential treatment program in Delray Beach — built with former NFL tight end Anthony Fasano — that helped hundreds of men recover from addiction and trauma. After Next Chapter merged into All Points North Lodge, Abe served as Clinical Director of its trauma program.
Today he brings that depth to a private practice in Delray Beach, working with adults, couples, and families who are ready to go beyond coping and do the real work of change.
More people are exploring non-ordinary states to heal trauma and find meaning. The experience itself is only half the work — what you do before and after is what creates lasting change.
Setting intention, building safety, and getting clear on what you're seeking — so you enter your experience grounded, supported, and ready.
Making sense of what arose and translating insight into durable change in your relationships, habits, and sense of self — within a steady therapeutic relationship.
Abe provides psychotherapy — preparation and integration support around your own experiences. He does not provide, prescribe, supply, or administer any controlled substances.
